Do you think that the best way to learn everything is by yourself?
Learning from yourself will cost you a lot of time and money. Oh, by the way, did I mention about the number of setbacks and failures you have to endure?
Yes, failures are the path to success; provided that if you fail forward and if you can realize and learn from those mistakes made from the failures.
When most people failed, they blamed the government, they blame their partners, they blame the weather, they blame not having a good team, they blame everything that possibly they can think of in their mind; except themselves.
When you invest in education, going to seminar, hiring a coach or mentor; you are actually shortening your learning curve. You will save both tons of money and time avoiding the possible potholes and bumps along your path to success.
There will be times when you will hit your "Glass Ceiling", in order to breakthrough the barrier; you need help. You will need help from people who have been there and done it hundreds of times before.
To you it might be something new, difficult or stressful to find an answer for your problem. However for some people, they had already been through it and have tons of experience dealing with situations like yours.
It is definitely a faster way to learn from a coach or mentor than you trying to figure out breaking through your Glass Ceiling yourself.
"You don't have to be smart, but you need to be wise"
Learn from wise people; get a mentor to coach you.
